Posi+ Inaugurates Its Expansion: An Investment of More Than $3M
On September 10, 2025, we had the privilege of welcoming partners, dignitaries, and community members for the official inauguration of the expansion of our finishing plant, located at Posi+ headquarters in Victoriaville.
This project, made possible through an investment of over 3 million dollars, marks a major milestone in our growth. It reflects our commitment to our employees, our clients, and our community.
A Strategic Project to Support Our Growth
The goal of this expansion is clear: increase our production capacity, optimize operations, and stabilize our order book, which is already full for the next three years. The new facilities include:
- Three additional work bays to accelerate production
- A modern training room to support skill development
- Renovated offices to foster collaboration
- A welcoming dining area to enhance employee well-being
These additions are not just functional—they reflect our vision of a clean, human, and stimulating work environment, aligned with our company culture.

Founded in 1981 by Bertrand Poudrier, Posi-Plus Technologies was born from a simple idea: to design robust and reliable equipment tailored to the needs of field professionals. Today, we are proud to design and assemble our equipment right here in Victoriaville, while expanding far beyond our borders.
Our products are used across North America, as well as in Africa, South America, and the Caribbean. This international reach is a testament to our Quebec-based expertise and the trust we’ve earned from our clients.
Since 2009, we’ve been developing more sustainable solutions, including hybrid models. We’re not new to this field—we have the experience, the know-how, and the drive to keep evolving.
